「學院盃青少年創意作品展」 是中國美術學院主辦的國家級青少年藝術盛事。第二屆 學院盃創意作品展 以「不限主題、自由表達」為核心，鼓勵15歲以下青少年發揮創意，展現藝術才華。本屆活動由中國美術學院社會美育學院主辦，香港文創薈為香港區唯一代辦單位，現正接受第三期報名，截止日期為2026年6月30日。

活動背景Event Background

在當代社會脈絡下，美育已成為塑造青少年綜合素養與未來競爭力的核心要素。藝術作為跨越文化與語言邊界的通用媒介，不僅能深化青少年的感性思維與美感判斷力，更成為他們探索自我、連結社會、回應時代的重要途徑。透過多元化的藝術實踐，青少年得以在創新與實驗的過程中培養創新思維、文化理解力與社會責任感，進而建構更具包容性與前瞻性的世界觀。中國美術學院依託其深厚的學術傳統、跨學科的教學資源以及先鋒性的美育理念，始終致力於推動藝術教育與時代精神的深度融合，以專業引領賦能青少年成長，透過社會美育實踐促進人文精神的傳承與創新。

In the context of contemporary society, art education has become a core element in shaping the comprehensive qualities and future competitiveness of young people. As a universal medium that transcends cultural and linguistic boundaries, art not only deepens young people’s emotional thinking and aesthetic judgment but also becomes a crucial avenue for them to explore themselves, connect with society, and respond to the times. Through diverse artistic practices, young people can cultivate innovative thinking, cultural understanding, and a sense of social responsibility through the process of innovation and experimentation, thereby constructing a more inclusive and forward-looking worldview. Leveraging its profound academic tradition, interdisciplinary teaching resources, and pioneering aesthetic education concepts, the China Academy of Art (CAA) is committed to promoting the deep integration of art education with the spirit of the times, empowering young people through professional guidance, and promoting the inheritance and innovation of humanistic spirit through social art education practices.

全國少年兒童（15歲以下）Children nationwide (under 15 years old)

創作主題Creative Theme

題材不限No restrictions on subject matter

作品類型Subject

國畫、篆刻、漫畫、軟筆書法、硬筆書法、水彩畫、水粉畫、素描、速寫、數位藝術、陶藝、手工製作（裝置）、油畫、版畫等。Chinese painting, seal carving, comics, soft-brush calligraphy, hard-brush calligraphy, watercolor, gouache, sketching, quick sketching, digital art, ceramics, handmade (installation), oil painting, printmaking, etc.

作品規格Work Specifications

有機會需提交實體作品，但初次作品將電子方式提交。作品檔案大小不超過4032 X 4032像素及檔案大小不可超過4MB，作品必須以 .jpeg、.jpg、.png、.pdf 格式提交。Physical submissions may be required, but initial submissions should be made electronically. Artwork files must not exceed 4032 x 4032 pixels and must be no larger than 4MB. Submissions must be in .jpeg, .jpg, .png, or .pdf format.

評選標準Selection Criteria

評判將根據參賽者整體的作品表現，以及評判個人的藝術判斷作出評級或評分，亦考慮參賽者下列各方面的表現。詳細請查看章程。Judging will be based on the overall performance of the participant’s work, as well as the judge’s individual artistic judgment, and will also consider the participant’s performance in the following aspects. Please see the regulations for details.

獎項設定Award Categories

針對參選作品，執委會將評選個人獎項：一等獎、二等獎、三等獎（個人榮譽證書）（社會實踐證書）；個人獎項：學生獎牌；機構獎項：優秀組織單位；教師獎項：優秀美育老師獎。For the submitted works, the organizing committee will select the following awards: individual awards: first prize, second prize, and third prize (individual honor certificate) (social practice certificate); individual award: student medal; institutional award: outstanding organizing unit; teacher award: outstanding art education teacher award.

競賽關鍵時間Application and submission deadlines

第一期：即日至12月31日；Phase 1: From now until December 31, 2026

第二期：2026年1月1日至3月20日；Phase 2: January 1, 2026 to March 20, 2026

第三期：2026年3月21日至7月20日；Phase 3: March 21, 2026 to July 20, 2026

活動主題Activity Theme

本屆「學院盃」特別採用不限主題的創作方式，鼓勵青少年跳脫命題框架，回歸到藝術創作的本源—自由表達與探索創新。This year’s “College Cup” uniquely adopts an open-ended creative approach, encouraging young people to break free from the constraints of specific themes and return to the essence of artistic creation—free expression, exploration, and innovation.

尊重個體表達Respecting Individual Expression

對每位青少年獨特視角和內心世界的充分尊重。我們期待看到創作者基於自身經驗、情感、觀察與想像，真誠地進行表達，而非被動回應外在命題。We fully respect each young person’s unique perspective and inner world. We look forward to seeing creators express themselves sincerely, drawing on their own experiences, emotions, observations, and imagination, rather than passively responding to external propositions.

鼓勵多元探索Encouraging Diverse Exploration

我們鼓勵青少年在藝術創作中自由探索不同的材料、媒材、風格與主題，開啟創作的無限可能。無論是對傳統文化的傳承，或是對科技未來的展望，一切源自於誠摯探索的藝術表達，都具有其獨特價值，值得我們珍惜。We encourage young people to freely explore different materials, media, styles, and themes in their artistic creation, unlocking endless creative possibilities. Whether it’s the preservation of traditional culture or the envisioning of the future of technology, all artistic expressions rooted in sincere exploration have their unique value and should be cherished.

強調過程體驗Emphasize Process Experience

鼓勵青少年享受藝術創作的過程本身，體驗從觀察思考、到構思嘗試、再到最終表達的完整歷程，這本身就是美育的重要環節。We encourage young people to enjoy the process of artistic creation itself, experiencing the complete journey from observation and reflection to conception and experimentation, and finally to final expression. This is itself a crucial part of aesthetic education.
